How much will you offer me?

How quickly can you complete?
For a cash purchase, typically 14–28 days from offer agreed. We use solicitors who specialise in fast Scottish conveyancing. For an assisted sale, you receive your share once the refurbished property completes — usually 8–16 weeks depending on the scope of work.
What if my property needs major work?

Do I pay any fees?
