By situation

Common reasons sellers come to us.

Inherited Property

Probate or confirmation underway. Empty house. Multiple beneficiaries. Possibly needs work.

Avoid Repossession

Behind on mortgage. Calling-up notice. Court date. Time-sensitive — call us first.

Sell Tenanted Property

Landlord exit. PRT in place. Tenants stay where they are. Yield-based pricing.

Divorce or Separation

Matrimonial home. Both parties need a clean exit. Confirmed completion date.

Property Needs Repairs

Damp, rewire, roof, full refurb. Can't afford or face the work. Cash or assisted sale.

Derelict Property

No roof, fire damage, long-term empty, unsafe structure. Priced on land and potential, not current condition.
